Signed Prints of JJ Weinberg’s ‘Field of Dreams’ Cubs Championship Painting Available
Artist and Cubs fan J.J. Weinberg put himself on the map for Cubs fans when he gifted his father, Jerry, his original painting of the Cubs celebrating their 2016 World Series win. The clip was featured on NBC and ESPN, and you can see just how much this moment meant to both father and son. Jerry Weinberg passed away in August of 2024, but his legacy lives on in a painting that has become a family heirloom.
While you can’t purchase the original, 13×19 prints are available for only $30 on J.J.’s website. The artist signs, packs, and emails each print himself, and the same is true for his other Cubs prints (like Harry Caray below). Pretty cool.
