Watch: Rizzo Sends Pitch 430 Feet Using New “B Hack”
Anthony Rizzo unleashed on a 2-2 pitch Monday night, sending the ball deep into the Wrigleyville night. Famous for employing a choked-up two-strike approach with a minimal stride, Rizzo actually used a different “B hack” to go yard. Instead of picking his foot up and setting it down early, the big first baseman just loaded on his back side without any front-leg action.
