Watch: Ian Happ Pounds Home Run For First Major League Hit

We learned just this morning that Ian Happ was getting called up from Triple-A Iowa. He’s been tearing it up in the minors, slashing .298/.362/.615 with 9 home runs. The power has always been there for Happ but  he’s really started to shine this year. So I guess it makes sense that his first MLB hit was a deep home run over the right field wall.
